Die Musik von Arnold Kasar entsteht im Grenzbereich von elektronischer Musik, Ambient und klassischen Klavierstücken. Seit seinem Solo-Debut 2012 bringt Kasars Arbeit in diesen Genres überraschende Verschmelzungen hervor, sein Album „Einfluss“, in Kooperation mit Roedelius entstanden, wurde von der Kritik umjubelt und setzte neue Maßstäbe. Auf dem Label Neue Meister debütierte Arnold Kasar 2019 mit dem Album „RESONANZ“, dem ein artverwandtes Album namens „MY FAVOURITE COLOURS“ folgte.
Das Klavier hat Arnold Kasar für die Aufführung und Aufnahmen seiner Werke oft präpariert. Aus dem entstandenen Ton-Material wurden eigene Synthesizer- und Sample-Tools entwickelt, mit denen er seine Klangkunst vorrangig betreibt.

Arnold Kasar arbeitet auch als Mastering Engineer für bekannte Studios wie Calyx Mastering, Emil-Berliner-Studios.

Arnold Kasar is a Berlin based musician and sound engineer. His music originates from the intersection of electronic, ambient, and classical piano music. Since his solo debut in 2012, Kasar‘s work has produced surprising blends of these genres. His album „Einfluss“, made in collaboration with Roedelius, was critically acclaimed and set new standards. On the Neue Meister label, Arnold Kasar debuted in 2019 with the album „RESONANZ“, followed by a similar new album called „MY FAVOURITE COLOURS“. Arnold Kasar is touring as solo artist as well as in collaborations.

For the performance and recording of his works, Arnold Kasar used a prepared piano on many occasions. The resulting sound material was used to develop his own synthesizer and sampling tools, with which he primarily pursues his sound art.

Arnold Kasar also works as a freelance mastering engineer in collaboration with renowned mastering studios like Calyx Mastering, Emil-Berliner-Studios and more.
